Currently PranaMind accepts mental health coverage from the following insurance companies:

  • CalVictim Compensation Board/CalVCB (case-by-case basis)
  • Kaiser (YOU must obtain a “Single Case Agreement” from Kaiser).

    Includes parent /client intake interview, psychoeducational assessment,
    evaluation of executive functioning and/or ADD/ADHD assessment, conference and report.

NEUROTHERAPY SERVICES

  • 50 min. Clinical QEEG Assessment (5 Point Clinical Q)

    Includes analysis* & real time in person verbal debriefing
  • 1 - 2 hr. Full capping Normative QEEG Assessment
    (19 Channel)

    Includes analysis* followed by 15 min. verbal debriefing 2 to 4 weeks post data collection
  • 30 - 45 min Clinical QEEG (5 Point Clinical Q) Assessment

    Includes 1-2 hr.  Normative (full capping) 19 Channel QEEG Assessment, analyses* & verbal debriefing, written report

* Note: All normative analysis are not submitted to automated programs which notoriously miss the fine detail of many brain conditions and / or dismiss (reject) atypical readings as artifact rather than anomalies that may be central / critical to a presenting condition.  When deemed wise or otherwise appropriate by the attending Clinician, raw data files of complex conditions, rare cases & atypical cases are further subjected to external analysis / consultation with experts in our field. This service is included in Normative intake fees.

PAYMENT
Cash, check & credit cards are accepted method of payment and is due at the beginning of session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You must contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or you will be charged the full session rate.
